Information you provide
Our project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, selected project type, and a message about your project. Please do not include payment information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information in the message field.
How inquiry information is used
We use inquiry information to review and respond to the project you described, communicate with you about that inquiry, and maintain ordinary business records related to potential and active projects. We do not sell inquiry information.
How the form is delivered and retained
When you submit the form, the website creates a private inquiry record and sends the details to the TRC team mailbox. Our website hosting and email-delivery providers may process the information as needed to operate those services. We retain inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for project follow-up, business records, security, or legal obligations.
Website analytics and advertising
This site may use Google Analytics and Google Ads tools to understand visits, measure advertising performance, and improve the website. These tools may receive device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, interactions, and cookie or similar identifiers. Embedded map and outside links
The Contact page includes an embedded Google Map, and the site may link to supplier, social, and other third-party websites. Those services may handle technical information under their own privacy practices when their content loads or you follow a link.
