Information you provide

Our project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, selected project type, and a message about your project. Please do not include payment information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information in the message field.

How inquiry information is used

We use inquiry information to review and respond to the project you described, communicate with you about that inquiry, and maintain ordinary business records related to potential and active projects. We do not sell inquiry information.

How the form is delivered and retained

When you submit the form, the website creates a private inquiry record and sends the details to the TRC team mailbox. Our website hosting and email-delivery providers may process the information as needed to operate those services. We retain inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for project follow-up, business records, security, or legal obligations.

Website analytics and advertising

This site may use Google Analytics and Google Ads tools to understand visits, measure advertising performance, and improve the website. These tools may receive device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, interactions, and cookie or similar identifiers. ChatGPT Ads measurement: When a visitor arrives through a ChatGPT ad, this site may store the OpenAI-provided oppref attribution identifier in a signed, Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax first-party cookie named __Host-trc_oppref for up to 30 days. Only after the website confirms that an inquiry was accepted for delivery, our server may send OpenAI the lead_created event name, a random event identifier, the original attribution identifier, the event time, the Contact page URL, web as the action source, and a customer-action classification. The event is sent with opt_out set to true. The conversion payload contains no inquiry name, email address, project type, message, or other form field, and we do not place the visitor's IP address or browser user-agent string in that payload. The browser attribution cookie is cleared after a confirmed inquiry. The attribution identifier and conversion payload may be held temporarily on this site's server for bounded delivery retries and are purged no later than seven days after the event time. A browser Global Privacy Control signal prevents this attribution cookie from being stored and prevents the related event from being created.

Embedded map and outside links

The Contact page includes an embedded Google Map, and the site may link to supplier, social, and other third-party websites. Those services may handle technical information under their own privacy practices when their content loads or you follow a link.

When information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, deliver email, analyze site activity, or support TRC’s ordinary business operations. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the site, TRC, our clients, or others.
